When to submit my PAC code?

I have bought phone but not recieved it yet. Do I submit my pac code now or when phone arrives?

Hi @Montydog,

I would advise for you to submit the PAC code once the phone arrives just so you don’t lose access to the number in between submitting it and receiving your new phone.
