Where is my SIM card?

I ordered a brand new phone and received it some weeks ago. This was a Christmas gift which has now been handed over only to discover there is no SIM card in the box or anywhere else.

I've tried calling but the lines don't even ring. It's Christmas Day so fair enough, but reading through this forum it appears there are a number of people who have been missing SIM cards so it's not too clever, is it?

If it's a new contract, you might have received it in a little pack separate with the phone
(not in the phone box).

If not, speak with our Live Chat team here and they'll have one sent out immediately.
