I've been sent a contact's details as an MMS, but have a download button, but when I click on it, it won't download.
All the info online seems to be about sending them, not receiving them.
Help please.

MMS messages can sometimes be affected by having the incorrect internet settings installed in your phone.
Which phone are you using? If you're using an Android handset please go to your phone settings and then to the mobile networks, you should see APN or Access Point Names. If you open this up and then press your menu button, the option to 'Reset To Default should show.
Press this and then choose iD on the next screen and then try the download again. If it's not working still, turn your phone off and back on and then this should be fine. Failing that, you will need to create a new set of internet settings by following this guide.
