Wrong number showing up on iPhone

I transferred from EE to ID a couple of weeks ago and apparently successfully transferred my old EE number. On my ID app it says that my number is the number I have transferred, but on my actual handset my old number has vanished and has been replaced by my new ID number… even though it worked fine for about two weeks, and suddenly my old number has just vanished. 
 

I’ve tried turning off iMessage and turning it back on again, resetting my network settings and none of this has done anything?

Hi @erynmurtha, can you please try this for me? Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”. If not, just update it.
