Wrong Receipt provided with SIM

So I just received my ID SIM, and have 0 way to access it. As the title suggests, ID have sent me the receipt for someone else’s order, with their information (home address, work and mobile number etc) all over it.

On top of this being (I assume) super risky for them (sharing other people’s information outside of their company - like I now have this guys entire transaction history), it means I have 0 coverage with the new sim, as there’s no way for me to figure out what the number for it is, and therefore I can’t make a new account with it, change my old number over with a PAC, or start my new contract.

TL:DR - ID given me wrong receipt, have someone elses info and a SIM I can’t use, and am now stranded without any comms
