Activating new SIM on second contract

I recently took out another contract and the sim card never came. I spoke to someone on chat who said they would send me out the sim card. I received this yesterday but when I activated it it came up with my first contracts phone number when tried to make phone calls!. How do I find out my second contracts phone number?.. How do I request another sim?.. and how can I see both accounts on my id mobile app?.

Hello @LilyBate,

Seems like your original request for a replacement SIM was misunderstood.

I suggest using the iD Live Chat service to sort this out quickly - the team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.  

Type “talk to a person” once you’re connected on chat.

Otherwise you can wait for iD to reply here in due course - good luck.
