At my wits End!

I opened a sim only contract with ID and gave them a pac code for my number.  I still have no service after 3 days, just a temporary number.  I have told them I wish to cancel the contract, but as they still haven’t ported the number onto my account, I cant request a pac code to leave.  I’m getting nowhere with customer services.  I feel like I will have to give up my number.

Are you trying to input your PAC code details given to you by a previous network? You can also try using this link if that is the case.


I can't forward  my pac details on the templated form on the ID Mobile app
