Is there a way to get the sim and change contract on a specific date? I currently have a contract which is due to end in 2 weeks however I want to get the I'd sim and give my PAC to start on a specific date so I can use it when my old contract ends, is this possible?

Hello
You can’t pre-select a date but I’ll try to offer some advice here.
Contracts are activated on dispatch of the order. If you order on a weekday Monday - Thursday before 8PM you’d expect the order to be dispatched that night.
For Friday it’s next working day and for after 8PM Friday & Weekend it’s dispatched Monday.
Your first bill is produced within 24-hours and we collect this payment 14-days later via Direct Debit.
Your Direct Debit date can always be changed in the app though.
SIM cards do take 2-3 days for delivery though, so you’ll need to account for this.
In some postcodes, Royal Mail are delayed (check their website) so this can impose a slight delay.
