Did not receive a transaction number

I have not received a transaction number so can’t port my phone number across

Hi @rformoy, are you sure? This should be included on your invoice. If you don't have this, then pop the SIM into your phone, register for an account here, then go to My Services > Keep your number and you’ll be able to submit the port without a transaction number.
