Hi, I have a data only account, and wanted advice on whether this is still appropriate for my needs - but cannot register or chat to anyone at iD about it, as I need my Mobile Number in order to do so, and I don’t have one, as my Sim card doesn’t make calls! Any help gratefully received!

Even a data only account has a mobile number, so you should have this on the paperwork that came with the data only SIM.
How do you pay for your data allowance?
You could try visiting a Carphone Warehouse store; they might be able to advise you in-store.

You can use another current number with the iD Live Chat service.
After providing your name, number and topic, just type “talk to a person” for an iD agent.
Live chat agents work between 9am - 8pm weekdays - good luck!
