Hey!
I recently transferred my mobile number from EE to ID mobile and it says the number has successfully transferred. However, I contacted EE to confirm that my contract with them has been terminated but they notified me that it was still active because my mobile transfer had not been updated by ID Mobile. What can be done to resolve this issue quickly? The live chat bot was absolutely no help what so ever and I have tried to get in contact with customer service but that was also a waste of time
