Moving my number to iD Mobile

Hi, I switched over to id mobile on Thursday and I requested my pac code from my old provider Vodafone which I did receive, but when I try and get my old number transferred over to my id mobile account it says I’m entering the wrong mobile number and pac code. Which I’ve checked numerous amount of times I’m definitely putting it in right but I’m stuck with two phones now as I need my number on this contract. 
 

can anyone please help with this?

Hello @Lucy Bailey,

The iD Live Chat service is the quickest way to do this - the team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.  

Otherwise you can wait for iD to reply here in due course.

If you use live chat, type “talk to a person” once connected to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Instead of chat, you can also try one of iD Mobile’s social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

I believe iD agents are available on both platforms 9am - 5pm most days.
