Hi, I switched over to id mobile on Thursday and I requested my pac code from my old provider Vodafone which I did receive, but when I try and get my old number transferred over to my id mobile account it says I’m entering the wrong mobile number and pac code. Which I’ve checked numerous amount of times I’m definitely putting it in right but I’m stuck with two phones now as I need my number on this contract.
can anyone please help with this?
