I received a faulty SIM card with my new upgrade. I then spoke to you to get a replacement SIM card. I’ve received that SIM card, I activated it 2 days ago now and it still isn’t working. Can’t get any service at all.
Hey Stephen, it sounds unlikely to be a SIM fault, in that case. Can you please confirm the make and model of the phone you’re using?
