My number transfer hasn’t completed

I was told my number was going to be transferred yesterday, yet still today nothing is working & I cannot make or receive calls 

As I am disabled this is really worrying me as this is my main contact method & nothing is working, neither new or old number?!? Please what is going on? This isn’t great. Please can someone fix this?

Hello @Lucy L, so sorry to hear about your problems.

Assuming you’ve been told your port has completed, then although it sounds basic please try this super basic procedure:

- Turn OFF your phone.

- Remove iD SIM card
- Cleaning the gold contacts
- Wait at least 20 minutes
- Reinsert the SIM and power ON your phone

If this fails, then contact iD using the Live Chat service here.

Once you’re connected on live chat, type “talk to a person” to bypass the 24/7 chat-bot.
