I recieved my iPhone 11 yesterday and when i entered the sim it says no service, when i go onto airplane mode it just comes back as no service i have reset the network services and nothing has worked! I cannot receive messages which includes the security code to make an account with id mobile. I dont know what else to try except for throwing the sim away at this point.Â

Thanks for getting in touch. I am afraid there are some delays with some SIM’s being activated and numbers porting over at the moment. Our team are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
I would advise to periodically reboot your phone and hopefully it will activate soon.

my sim also did not work but after some time I’ll change my sim sockets the restart my phone and my sim are working
