You need to get the unlock code from your old network provider. Am in the process of getting mine from EE who are driving me crazy! Cannot wait to be done with them

You can purchase a new SIM from our website for a new contract.

 

Or did you mean that you need a replacement SIM of a different size for a contract you already have?
