Not received an email with my order confirmation

Hi there, I recently purchased an ID SIM and I’m trying to transfer my old number using a PAC code. I haven’t received an order confirmation email from ID mobile so I don’t have the transaction number. Please advise!

Sorry about this! This should be an easy fix though.

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with our Facebook or Twitter teams or even our Live Chat team so we can grab the correct transaction number for you!
