Not recognising PAC

I have tried to transfer my old number over, but it says the old PAC is not recognised. I have checked and checked numerous times.

Also when I registered it seemed to set up two accounts. I receive two emails and two letters about everything. Not sure if this will mean two direct debits too.

I only wanted one SIM card. Thought it would be simple……..::

The customer service team work until 8pm on weekdays - the out-of-hours support is 100% automated.

This happens when you try using online chat while you are signed-in to the iD Community - typically when using your smartphone.
