I received the  text saying my old number has been transferred but I still seem to be on the id one.

Hi @Andy Clare,

Number ports can take between 24 and 48 hours to complete; has this time been passed?

In regards to being on the iD Mobile number still, are you seeing this when you make calls and texts or when you look at the settings?

Thanks for your response.

Its over a week ago.

My settings say "ID. Unknown number"

I'm not receiving calls. I'm receiving some texts but not all. When I use it to call my other mobile, the receiving phone displays my original id number. 

If i try to call my transferred number it says not recognised
