Number transfernot working

Hi,

 

I am trying to transfer my old number over however I am having the following error message:

 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

 

I’ve checked the PAC code which doesn’t expire until 28th August, my name is correct although it doesn’t allow me to enter an ‘ between the O and B in O’Brien and everything else is correct so unsure where the issue lies.

 

Appreciate any help.

Try leaving the apostrophe out, or try using a space instead.
