So I ordered my new phone on my upgrade and I needed to play £19.99 upfront cost but when I went to order It it came up with £0.01p processed and I have received no order confirmation email or text and my plan hasn't updated on my dashboard, has my order even gone through?? - yet its taken £0.01p from me.... PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ASAP IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

This charge of £0.01 which you mentioned is made for "credit check" purposes. Did you by any chance checked your email inbox to see if your credit check was successful?
I would recommend to wait until tomorrow and if there is no updates regarding your upgrade just contact like chat team so they could check it for you.

The £0.01 payment is not necessarily for credit check purposes, it's more of an authorisation charge that is taken to ensure that the bank account details given are fully active and to prevent any false purchases.
The 1p payment will be refunded within 3-5 days and the order should be accepted within 24-hours.
Does everything look fine now?
