Hi. 
 

my wife has submitted her PAC on Sunday online and it stated she’d receive a text within 24 hours to confirm it was successful. It’s now Tuesday and still heard nothing. Please get in contact as soon as possible.

Hi @Hazard2504,

Ports submitted on a weekend can take until the end of Tuesday to complete. If she doesn’t have her number over to us by this evening, please ask her to get in touch and we will help further.

Hi. This still hasn’t been done and she’s received a text saying an error has occurred. We have tried getting through chat and on the phone but can’t get anyone except automated responses. How do we get in touch to solve this?
