I am trying to transfer my old number but not transferred from Friday and unable to contact anyone? Bit frustrated 😞

Hi @judith.wilson,

Did you supply us with your PAC code? If so, it can take 2 working days (not including the weekend) for the number to port over so we would expect it to have happened by now; do you still need some help with this?
