PAC code submission failure

I filled in the PAC form over a week ago to have my new ID number changed to my existing number but I still haven’t heard anything. I tried again today & it says my request has already been submitted.

 

can someone please contact me to let me know when my existing mobile number will be changed over to my new ID sim?
