PAC details not recognised to switch to ID

Hi,

 

I’m trying to switch from o2 to ID, my PAC that I have from o2 does not expire until 13/08/21 and the details I am entering, I have checked over too many times. I even gave up and tried again the next day but I still receive a ‘incorrect details’ error. 

 

What do I do ?

Unfortunately the issues mentioned on the below article are still affecting number ports and we hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
