I am a new customer as of last week, I got a pac code from my previous supplier and on Sunday evening I went via the Id website and filled out the relavant information using the pac code for my to be able to keep my old number.
I never received a text message to confirm this had registered and I still havnt had my number change over.
I tried to fill the request out again but it wouldn't allow me as I said I request had already been made.
Hello to change it over please as I can't seem to be able to speak to anyone on the phone either
