Does anybody have a phone number for ID mobile?  Cant seem to get to talk to anyone online and cannot find a phone number?

Same issue for days now got no mobile Internet on my phone, done all robot chat told me to do, still nothing

I am sorry to hear about that! Are your calls and texts working fine? Also, have you checked your data allowances to ensure you have enough allowance left?

Yes calls and texts both fine, yes have data left 81.9 gb left of 100 gb, thank you for your reply

Hi @Nikkijsm68 

Please reset your network settings on your phone. If you are using an Apple device, you can do this by going into settings > general > reset > reset network settings.

If you are using an Android device, go into settings > about phone > reset > reset network settings.

Once done, manually select the iD Network and test the Mobile data.
