Problems with ordering

Hi there, I am trying to purchase a pay monthly phone but have been having issues. Everything works smoothly until I try to complete the payment. 

I get a blank screen with the message “The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.” 

I have tried changing products, changing browser and payment methods but no luck. Anyone got any advice?

Try giving the iD telephone sales team a call (during normal office hours), on 020 7139 1397.
