puk needed please sim network locked

Hi @wobblykev,

When you mention it is network locked, is it the phone asking for a network unlocking code/PIN? A PUK code can only unlock a SIM card if the SIM card PIN has been entered incorrectly or if the SIM card has been taken out.

If you’re using a new phone for the first time, it may be locked to the previous provider; what error message do you see?
