my son is trying to set up his phone/account. The problem is that where we stay the internet is fine but there isn't a good mobile coverage, and by the time the code comes through it has timed out and we are out of the house with no internet coverage.
What can he do?

Let's have a look and see what we can do to help your Son with this issue.

Is the coverage in your area suitable for usage? For example, is your Son able to make calls, send texts and use mobile data?

I want to establish if he will be able to use this contract to it's full advantage, if he is struggling to even receive a text message then it sounds like you may not have good coverage in your area.

Have you used our coverage checker to see if any work is ongoing? This could impact your Son's ability to receive a text message.
