SIM Activation Code

I’m trying to activate my new SIM card but the code isn’t arriving in my email (I’ve checked the junk/spam folder too!) and I don’t have an active phone number so the code can’t be texted to me. Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi @katieve,

The log-in security code can only be sent as an SMS so you will need to speak to our Live Chat Team here to ask them for the code in real-time. As it expires soon after being generated, we can’t give it to you here.

You can also use this form to activate a SIM card.

Hiya, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the form isn’t helpful as as the activation code requires a phone number to be sent to or an email. For some reason, the activation code isn’t arriving in my email inbox and my phone number is inactive. The chat bot also wasn’t able to give me my activation code, it just kept referring me to the form to activate my SIM card.

 

I am also unable to phone up iD due to my phone being inactive too.
