Sim not supported - how to fix?

Hi,
When changing my Sim card on an iphone 6s from my old O2 sim to my new ID sim, it says that the sim card is not supported. It has to be unlocked by the network provide. Please can you help.

Hi @Piotrop01,

This would be due to the phone you are using being locked to a network other than ourselves; probably O2.

If you contact O2 with the details of your phone then they should be able to unlock this for you.
