Submitted number switch with PAC - still waiting

Hi there,

 

I submitted a request for switching my old number to my new ID Mobile number on Tuesday at about 12.30pm.

 

It still hasn’t transferred, just checking to make sure it was actually submitted?

I also tried to register an account on my.idmobile.co.uk but it won’t send a security code to the new number.

Unfortunately the issues mentioned on the below article are still affecting number ports and we hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.
