Switched to old number, but nothing happened

On Friday at 4:30, after changing the sim card on my phone to my new IDMobile sim card, I went into my account and followed the instructions for entering my pac number to retain my old phone number. I received a message after doing so, along the lines of “Your request has been submitted.” I now see that today, Monday, nothing was done, my old number is not working, and the new IDMobile number, which I did not wish to use, is in use. I went into my account again and switched to the old number and am now told it will take another 24 hours to take affect. Why did the transfer I initiated on Friday not happen??? Now I will be without a phone for over 3 days, and am expecting a call from my GP to schedule my covid vaccine at any time. I am incredibly frustrated.

Hi @David.Broadus,

PAC codes submitted on Friday may take until the end of the day of the following Monday to complete. Did the number come across later on in the day after you posted this message?
