Switching

We have followed all instructions to switch to the new number, The previous contract has cancelled and the new ID one has started, but it hasn’t switched over on the device.  The phone can be used, but it is till using the old number.  When a message it sent, it sends using the old number and sends three times! Help please. Thanks,

We’re sorry to hear about that. When did you submit the switch? It can take around 2 working days for all services to start working.
