switching to i.d. - Two different transactions numbers??

Hello i am trying to fill in the online switching form.

The transaction number on my ‘order complete’ email is different that the transaction number in my ‘I.d contact summary’ email. (This latter one has “CLC-“ before the 9 digit number.

Which transaction number should I use??

Should I register my account first using the temporary number, and do the switch number that way.

I would really like to get the request in today

When I joined iD, my transaction number was on my invoice that came with my order.
It was just a 9 digit number.

You can register for your iD My Account using the temporary number from iD, which is what I did when I registered.

if I use my services after registering then I don’t even need the transaction number.

i saw this on another thread in this forum as best route (less errors possible)

Yeah, that’s another option for submitting your PAC.

Register for your iD My Account online, login, then submit your PAC.
