Obviously new to ID mobile and so far.
I’m finding it problematic to get help with some of the most basic issues.
Issue 1 - I have issued my pac number through my account portal, and it seems my old number is no longer recognised which is a problem if someone is trying to get hold of me.
I also cant get the Live chat to work at all even if I approval cookies management.
Not impressed with the service so far.
but any help would be great fully received before I grow frustrated any further and end up cancelling my contract.
