Question

Trouble transferring over my old number, also cant seem to find live chat.

Obviously new to ID mobile and so far.

I’m finding it problematic to get help with some of the most basic issues.

Issue 1 -  I have issued my pac number through my account portal, and it seems my old number is no longer recognised which is a problem if someone is trying to get hold of me. 

I also cant get the Live chat to work at all even if I approval cookies management. 

Not impressed with the service so far.

 

but any help would be great fully received before I grow frustrated any further and end up cancelling my contract.

I managed to get this sorted. 

 

I used Safari and found the chat window. Maybe Google chrome is that stable or I have a add blocker which may have prevented it showing up.
