I am moving from old network to ID Mobile and have a PAC code - when I use your online submission form I get the following error all fields must be complete . All fields are complete! I have tried this on my mobile device and a laptop on separate days -

It’s not possible to have 2 iD accounts to one email so you’ll need to use a separate email for log-in purposes.
You can, however, update the contact email once you have registered to ensure all email correspondence for both accounts are sent to one email only.
