How long does it take to receive an email confirmation for my order?

Hi Ryan, I still have not yet received my confirmation email. The penny payment has come out of my bank account to verify my details and the 'my basket' is empty. I have tried via several different methods to contact ID mobile; telephone, live chat, live bot chats to find out where my order is,  without any success. I have resorted to sending a complaint through the 'complaints' email address. Not a great start for a new customer 😕
