what is the id mobile number?

I’ve just moved to ID and I’ve put my package number in but it also asked for your is mobile number- is this your mobile number or the number that is on the receipt? I have a mobile number on my Carphone warehouse receipt and put that number in. Is that correct?

Hi @Niamhtoethomas98,

That’s correct, we require your assigned iD Mobile number to find your account to apply the PAC code to, so it will be the one from your order invoice.

It should be printed at the top of your bills. It may also show up with the ‘About Phone’ section of your settings.
