I have just received my new sim and I have completed the PAC details with ID and submitted to keep my existing number.
When do I put my new iD sim in?

I’d say put your new iD SIM in your phone once you can see that your old SIM is inactive.
But, do be aware that number ports are not instant.
Several hours may elapse between your old SIM becoming inactive and your iD SIM working with the mobile number you wanted to keep.
