When asked for transaction reference to transfer my existing mobile number to Id Mobile is it the 9 digit Order Id I received on my order confirmation email?

No, it’s the transaction number printed on the receipt supplied with the order.
If you order online where is the receipt? All I have is an order complete Ref number.
