Why has my number not transferred?

I recently got a contract with iD mobile and tried to transfer my old number. I used the PAC code my old provider gave me and used this on the iD website. I received a text saying that my number had been transferred but this is not the case as it is still the new iD number when I text or call people. How can I get my old number?

When you text from the iD SIM, which number shows

When someone calls the old ported number, what happens?

When someone calls the temporary number that the SIM came with, what happens?

Are you using an iPhone?
