"Wrong PAC code or phone number" error when submitting form

I’ve requested a PAC code from Three to switch to ID and keep my old number but any time I enter it says wrong pac code or phone number.

Okay @Emmanuel Ehimigbai, I’d suggest contacting iD customer service directly via live chat or social media.

They should be able to check the PAC and process your request.

Otherwise, you can wait for iD Mobile to reply here, which may take several days.

The customer service agents work until 8pm weekdays.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with submitting your PAC code, have you tried what @andewhite has suggested?
