i sent you puc code my old sim has now been disconnected 07834394115 but still not changed on my I'd mobile is still 07455667932. I'm waiting on an important phone call. How do I complain about this service if my provider turns of my sim then surely its not too much to ask that you transfer the number at the same time
Switching to iD can save you money, because it stops you being charged for your old and new contract at the same time.Once you’ve received your SIM card, switching to iD is simple. Here’s what you’ll need: PAC (if want to transfer your number to iD) or STAC (if you want to switch without your old number):Using your old SIM, text PAC to 65075. Your PAC will then be sent to you by text. Using your old SIM, text STAC to 75075. Your STAC will be sent to you by text. Existing mobile number:This is the mobile number from your old network - even if you’re not looking to keep it.Transaction number:This is a 9-digit number that can be found in your ‘order complete’ email, in your ‘Contract Summary’ email or on your paper invoice. I upgraded to a new handset about 6 months ago and, on the advice of ID customer services kept my old SIM rather than switch to the new one. Everything’s been fine until today when I downloaded the ID Mobile app for the first time on my new handset. I then received a text message saying “Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated…” Since then I’ve now no service on my phone so assume the current (“old”) SIM has been deactivated.I’m now away from my new and unwanted SIM card (still in its envelope) for over a week and really need to be able to use my phone. I’ve no idea what has caused the apparent deactivation of the old SIM but would be really grateful if there’s any way it could be reactivated.Wisdom very gratefully received! Thank you.
Switched to iD last Friday but every time I try to submit the PAC form it says “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. I contacted a person using the live chat who told me that it would be fixed but it has not been. My sim does not work. Also, I saw a post on the iD community that suggested the PAC form would work once you register an account but when I try to do this it says that my mobile number was not recognised.
I bought a phone through ID & transferred my existing phone number over to this new phone which has been working fine and successfully transferred over on 4th April. Last night I reset my old phone back to factory settings ready to sell it. And now my new phone when I send text messages comes through to people on the number ID supplied me with until my existing number transferred over. When people text my existing number & call me & I make calls it works fine but issue occurs when I send a imessage. When I go to settings & messages & check send and receive the only number displaying in there is the ID mobile number I was supplied with not my original number. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
Hello, I am trying to check out and have filled in all the fields, however I am receiving a message stating that “3 years of billing address history is required.” I have over two decades of UK address history at the address which I have entered on the “About you” section and can’t understand why I am not able to proceed to the next stage of the checkout process. I have had trouble transferring my old number over. I didn’t recieve a transaction number or invoice from ID, nor a welcome to ID mobile email. I followed other posts here that said to register your contract on ID account and I done that, and having went to ‘keep my number’ my PAC code from 02 is now not working and I am getting an error message from ID saying I have input the wrong information, but I have checked my phone number that I want to keep and PAC code three times now. I’m lost what to do or try next and need help from ID. ThanksAle
Obviously new to ID mobile and so far.I’m finding it problematic to get help with some of the most basic issues.Issue 1 - I have issued my pac number through my account portal, and it seems my old number is no longer recognised which is a problem if someone is trying to get hold of me. I also cant get the Live chat to work at all even if I approval cookies management. Not impressed with the service so far. but any help would be great fully received before I grow frustrated any further and end up cancelling my contract.
I am currently using a Samsung S22 Ultra. Since porting my number to iD Mobile I have been unable to receive any text messages.Due to some apps sending verification codes by text I am unable to use the apps.I have tried sending messages from multiple numbers to my phone but the messages don't come through, however when I send a text message it is received by the other person.I have already tried resetting my network settings and also done a factory reset of my phone but the issue still occurs.

Keep same number from one (recently cancelled) ID Mobile Account to new ID Mobile contract (bought from Carphone warehouse.
I recently cancelled ID Mobile contract and then not releasing then purchasing a new ID Mobile contract bought from Carphone warehouse. PAC & STAC codes only work when switching from other networks .How do keep number on same network on Same network ID Mobile ????
Hi - am trying to switch, have direct debit set up, PAC from old network, Sim arrived in post, emails confirming direct debit and order number, but No “welcome to ID” email, which I understand contains my ID number. I need this to do anything, including registering to get access to help.
