You've probably noticed that you get email notifications when someone replies in a topic that you started or have been active in. If you think you can do without these notifications, here’s how to turn them off:

Change your notification settings

You receive notifications for every topic or subforum you subscribe to. If you start a topic, you're set as a subscriber by default. You can change this in the settings on your 'Settings' page as follows:

Note: This doesn’t unsubscribe you from subforums you’ve chosen to subscribe to. To do this, you’ll need to visit the subforum and click 'Unsubscribe' in the top right corner of the overview.

Unsubscribe from specific topics

You can also unsubscribe from a specific topic by clicking the 'Subscribe' button at the bottom of the post. The star beside it will change from black to white, showing that you're no longer subscribed.

If you’ve got a question on unsubscribing don’t keep it to yourself - post it below.

@Sally bold Okay, have you tried contacting Live Chat as advised above? What did they say?

Thank you,

Rory

Hi @Sally bold, I’m not quite sure I understand the request, sorry? What do you need help with? If you’ve paid your bill and your services still haven’t been restored, you’ll need to contact our Live Chat team.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Let us know how you get on.

Thank you,

Rory

Thank you Mohammed. Sorted now. It's so simple, but only when proper guidance is in place to find "settings" page first...

Hello @Prize winner,

I'm sorry we couldn't make this clearer for you.

We appreciate the feedback.

The post does relate to topics on the Community only, which is why we didn't feel it was necessary to specify.

Hello. How old is this post? Where are "settings"? How to login to "id community" as it takes you straight to "id mobile" platform and there is no "settings" selection in drop down menu?

Hello @Prize winner,

The Settings are found in your Community account (this one that you're replying from).

The Community account and the iD Mobile account are 2 different accounts altogether.

Click your profile icon and then select Settings from there.
You can then find the "Settings" shown in the GIF above.
