Service now restored to the app and My Account

Update 10.50pm - service has now been restored to the iD Mobile app and My Account. Thanks for bearing with us.

Due to system issues, the iD Mobile app and My Account online are currently unavailable.

We're working hard to get these up and running again.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes you.

Thanks for updating this, I started my contract today and I had no idea why it wouldn't work
Sony Xperia excellent battery life is good screen is clear and signals seems stronger than in other phones
Android. Much more choice, less expensive. Easy to use and a mind boggling array of phones on offer. Brands; currently using Samsung and happy with it but scary as due an upgrade and not sure if I should stick or move brand! Camera has been great with good colour but not fantastic zoom on the other hand this is a phone not a DSLR!

100% apple - iPhone/watch/ipad
love them all..... can’t remember the phone I used before I went over to iPhone..... so easy to upgrade and sync new phone to old one ... apple addict 😍🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏
