Hi @denhamator, can you please confirm your postcode so I can check for any disruption in your local area?

Thank you,

Rory

Hello. My data stopped working last night and today I bought a new add on and now all of my reception has gone. I can make no calls and can not access anything unless I’m connected to WiFi. I have turned my phone off numerous times. This has now been happening for about 7 hours. Please can you check this out for me? Thanks

Glad it’s sorted @Nellissima,

Sometimes it’s the most simple of solutions that carry the best fix.

Cheers for letting us know,

Will

Thank you for your reply, Ryan. I read around and tried powering my phone off for a few minutes, then on again. This had the desired result and everything is working again. The service was down for two days. I feel I should have known to try the on/off (I will if it happens again) but it has never ever happened before.

Hi @Nellissima,

I’ve checked that out for you and we can see that the nearby mast has some congestion recently (around 2 days) which could be causing some intermittent service issues. How long have you had the issue for?

Ryan

Hi @jaxachapman,

The issue has been fixed now, so I’m guessing what you’re experiencing is more of a local problem. Have you a postcode I can take please to run some checks for you?

Will

My data hasn’t worked all week and my phone signal has only just come back. Anymore updates about actually fixing it?

See that's the thing I've been in and outside of my borough of london, even outside of London and nothing. Like my services have been blocked.

Hello @Warren l, have you tried the SIM in a different device at all?

We’re very sorry to here that @Warren l

Could we get your full postcode to find out if any known issues are ongoing with your local masts?

If you are on Android and still have no mobile data

Go to settings>internet>mobile network>advanced>access point names

Tap the dots in the top right for options menu then tap "reset to default"

No mobile data here either since yday AB11 🤯

I was away from home yesterday and noticed on the way home I had no 4G (or any G) signal and no mobile data. Got home and still nothing. Normally have a good 4G signal in most places.

I checked in settings that I hadn’t accidentally switched off mobile data, but it is showing as on.  However, in the `About Phone’ section > Phone and Network info it says mobile data is disconnected and my phone number is `unknown’. Don’t understand this.

My postcode is KA7. I was travelling from PA34.

My postcode is BT440EG my wife and I are not getting any 4G signal at all

I recently signed up to a Sim only deal with all inclusive Mins/texts and 10Gb data! I noticed when I was out and about yesterday that my whats app wouldn’t let me send or receive any messages, but when I got home and connected to WiFi loads of messages came through!! However I had 4G signal and my data roaming is on...can anyone help?! I need to make sure my apps work when I’m out and about too?!

I still have no service...so problem is not fixed.  Can we have an update please as I see other still have problems!!

I gave still got no service back it's been 12 hours now nr3 postcode

I have no internet connection. Is any one else having this problem?

I have had no data for 48 hours and now I can not make and receive calls/texts.  I raised a formal complaint with ID and was told they would call me within 72 hours.  They can’t even call me as I can’t make a receive calls.  I have had to request a PAC code now so I can move network as I need a working phone.

CH postcode area.

This is not a regional signal thing as my husband is on ID and is able to use his phone!

How ironic yesterday Sept 9tharound 5 pm I had no access to the internet on my phone. This is the 3rd time in 3 months & always around 7th/8th/9th of the month Is there a relevance here my postcode is DN110YU. As usual no way of contacting anyone because I do not have a separate internet in my home.

Great to have data back on now. I was on o2 network for many years and they had similar issues more than once, I know it's annoying to put it mildly but it's something that happens on all networks from time to time.

Hi guys I don’t know if anyone is aware but the service seems to be fixed now.

Is there anyway to claim compensation for this fault? I had to cancel a shift as a courier today because of this, costing me up to £80
