Abroad use
Im traveling to Florida this week what packages are available so I can call and text without being charged loads as I can't see anything on the ID app add one section? Plus do I need to do anything so I can use my phone whilst away

We don't have any add-ons for use abroad unfortunately, so you'll need to keep track of your usage when abroad. If you are able to log into our iD Mobile App, you can view your allowances here as well as activating the roaming feature, enabling your phone to work abroad.
